The
rally we all love ... come and meet your old tjommies, make
new ones and have a weekend to remember ! All the familiar
events will be happening .... Welcome Braai, Friday Evening
Joll, Timed Runs, Games, Concourse, Sunset Cruise, Prize giving,
Kak Praatjies etc ...
This
year the rally takes place from Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd June.
This
year, the Rally HQ will the the Reef & Dune on the main
road - the building with the elephand head on the thatch next
to the Spar. The registration desk will open at 14:00 and
we will be there waiting for you to come and collect your
goodie bags which have become quite a hit over the years,
and this year will not disappoint. Your welcome cocktail will
be in the Fisherman Inn which is right next door.
The
emphasis the weekend (as always) is to relax and have fun
with your mates. The Timed Runs will take place on Saturday
morning - this is the only time we appeal to you to be more
serious and ensure that you are dressed appropriately (Helmet,
Jacket, Long trousers, boots and gloves). The games will follow
from about 12:30 and the cruise from 15:30 which must be booked
at Registration. We will give away some goodies at about 19:00
(prize giving) and then boogie the night away ....
